This morning, He Xiaopeng, CEO of XPeng, announced on Weibo that the XPeng P7+ Ultra-Long Range MAX flagship model will be unveiled at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, starting in two days, and will be available for purchase immediately upon release.
The new model will feature a 5C super-fast charging AI battery version, enabling users to charge for just 10 minutes and commute for a month.

He Xiaopeng stated that in 2025, XPeng will fully enter the 5C era.
The P7+ will see further improvements in charging speed and driving experience to meet the demands of users with higher requirements and to promote the adoption of 5C super-fast charging.
The XPeng P7+ was officially launched on November 7, 2024, and delivered immediately upon release.Currently, only two versions of the P7+ are available for purchase:
the Long Range MAX version (starting at 186,800 yuan) and the Ultra-Long Range MAX version (starting at 198,800 yuan). These versions correspond to CLTC ranges of 615 km and 725 km, respectively.
It is expected that the Ultra-Long Range MAX flagship version will have a longer range than the current model.

According to existing information, XPeng's 5C super-fast charging AI battery, paired with the 5S liquid-cooled super-fast charging station, can charge over 1 km per second and reach 80% charge within 12 minutes, making electric vehicle charging faster than smartphone charging.
Moreover, XPeng's 5C super-fast charging AI battery features protective armor that can withstand ten consecutive bullet impacts, equivalent to withstanding an impact force of 2,500 joules. This addresses the pain point of electric vehicle undercarriage scrapes.
