Geely currently operates 23 outlets in Kazakhstan and plans to expand to 31 by the end of 2025, with a goal of establishing a 47-outlet sales and service network by 2026.
On December 7th, Geely Galaxy held a grand brand launch ceremony at the Atakent Exhibition Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan, officially announcing its entry into the Central Asian market.
At the event, two new energy products, the Geely International EX5 and the Geely EX5 EM-i, made their debut. These two models correspond to the domestic market’s Galaxy E5 and Galaxy Xingjian 7 EM-i (Starray 7 EM-i) models, respectively.
According to the plan, Geely will collaborate with the local Allur Group (a Kazakh automotive manufacturing and distribution group) to ensure the production and market launch of the new vehicles. Allur Group President Oksana Kholstinina revealed that the OTTS certification for the Galaxy models in Kazakhstan has been completed, ensuring the vehicles fully comply with Eurasian Economic Union standards.

Officials stated that Geely already operates 23 channel outlets in Kazakhstan and plans to increase this number to 31 by the end of 2025, completing the layout of a 47-outlet sales and service network by 2026.
Public information shows that since its overseas debut in Frankfurt, Germany in September 2024, the Galaxy E5 has entered over 30 countries and regions globally. Following its initial launch in Australia in September, the Galaxy Xingjian 7 EM-i (Starray 7 EM-i) is planned to enter nearly 20 countries within the year, including Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Mexico, and Italy, forming a dual powertrain product landscape of pure electric + plug-in hybrid.

Meanwhile, the overseas expansion pace of the Geely Group is continuously accelerating.
Data shows that Geely Auto’s overseas export sales reached 41,568 units in October, a year-on-year increase of 23%. Among these, new energy vehicle overseas sales were 13,626 units, accounting for 33% of total exports. Cumulative overseas exports for the first three quarters were nearly 300,000 units, with the proportion of new energy exports rising to 36%.
