Under the cooperation framework, Stellantis will provide MPV vehicles based on its Level 4 autonomous driving platform and support vehicle engineering and manufacturing.

Bolt will leverage its experience in the European ride-hailing market to provide platform integration and mobility service infrastructure.

Meanwhile, Pony.ai will contribute its autonomous driving technology stack and fleet operation expertise.

The three companies are currently advancing preparations for autonomous driving tests, with a primary focus on urban-scale safety validation and operational system development.

The testing program will cover vehicle deployment, ride-hailing platform integration, fleet operations, and coordination with regulatory authorities.

The partnership builds on an existing strategic cooperation framework among the three companies and aims to accelerate the deployment of autonomous mobility services across Europe.
