From January to November 2025, the cumulative sales of the Geely Galaxy E5 reached 113,248 units.
Geely Galaxy announced today that the cumulative sales of the Geely Galaxy E5 have exceeded 230,000 units, just 50 days after reaching the 210,000-unit milestone.
Launched in August 2024, the Geely Galaxy E5 immediately demonstrated strong growth momentum in China’s compact segment all-electric SUV sector. Its sales surpassed 12,000 units in its first full month and continued growing for three consecutive months, reaching nearly 19,000 units by November 2024.
Data shows that from January to November 2025, the cumulative sales of the Geely Galaxy E5 reached 113,248 units, placing it among the top sellers in the compact SUV segment.

The success of the Geely E5 extends beyond the domestic market.
Driven by Geely’s global strategy, the model has ventured overseas under the name Geely EX5. To date, the Geely EX5 has been officially launched in 33 countries worldwide, including markets such as Australia, Poland, Indonesia, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and Chile.

Its performance in the Australian market has been particularly notable. Since its launch in mid-March 2025, the Geely EX5 entered the top nine in local all-electric model sales within just 20 days. In May, it ranked third in its segment with 511 registrations, becoming the best-selling all-electric model from a Chinese brand, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 1,000 units.
More notably, as of October 2025, the global cumulative sales of the Galaxy E5 had surpassed 210,000 units, securing the position of the second-best-selling single model from a Chinese brand in the Australian EV market.
It is worth mentioning that the Geely EX5 has earned global double five-star safety ratings from both Euro NCAP and ANCAP. It is currently the only model in its class—a Chinese-brand all-electric SUV around the 150,000 RMB price point—to have achieved this distinction.

The Geely E5 represents a strategic achievement for the systematic global expansion of the Geely Galaxy brand.
Data shows that in the third quarter of this year, Geely Auto’s overseas export sales reached 112,000 units, representing a month-on-month increase of 19%. In terms of specific markets, sales exceeded 16,000 units in the Pan-European region, over 25,000 units in the Latin America, Africa & Middle East region, and more than 29,000 units in the Asia-Pacific region.
Within this total, new energy vehicle exports stood at 36,000 units, a month-on-month surge of 66%. Geely secured the top sales position in Malaysia’s all-electric vehicle market and in Costa Rica’s all-electric compact SUV market.
