Today, the Li Auto MEGA Home Family Edition officially rolled off the production line at Li Auto’s Beijing Green Intelligent Manufacturing Base, with nationwide deliveries set to commence gradually starting May 23. Earlier, on April 23, the MEGA Home Family Edition debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show, priced at 559,800 RMB.
For the exterior design, the MEGA Home Family Edition retains the overall design language of the current model, featuring a smooth and rounded profile. New additions include front quiet electric sliding doors that can be paused at any angle, equipped with smart assistance and anti-pinch features.
In terms of the interior features, the second row of the MEGA Home is equipped with two zero-gravity rotating seats, supporting multiple modes: 45° for easy entry/exit, 90° for camping, 180° for parent-child interaction, and a “living room mode” with a floating large table. The first and second rows now feature upgraded luxury amenities, including 18-point hot stone massage, breathable seat ventilation, and a 21.4-inch rear entertainment screen.
For the advanced driver assistance, the MEGA Home integrates a custom ATL all-weather lidar developed with partners and is powered by NVIDIA’s Thor-U chip, delivering 700 TOPS of computing power. Future updates will support the VLA Driver AI Model.
Li Auto has established over 2,304 ultra-fast charging stations nationwide so far, supporting a “12 minutes for 500 km” charging speed.
Li Auto’s first all-electric SUV, the Li i8, is scheduled for launch in July 2025, marking a new product line following the L and MEGA series.
