The Leapmotor Lafa5 will be officially released in mainland China in the fourth quarter of this year.
On October 11, Leapmotor officially released the interior official images of the Lafa5 all-electric sedan.
Three interior color schemes for the Lafa5 were simultaneously unveiled: “Racing Gray” with a combination of smooth leather and suede, the more fashionable “Speed Purple,” and the sportier “Shadow Gray.” All three color schemes exhibit a strong sporty feel.

In terms of the overall layout, the driver’s seat of the Leapmotor Lafa5 is equipped with a dual-spoke round steering wheel. The stalk shifter design frees up space in the central console, and both the driver and passenger seats feature side bolsters, emphasizing the model’s sporty attributes.
Additionally, the interior of the new car adopts a floating design. It is expected to feature a combination of an 8.8-inch full LCD instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch high-definition central control screen, equipped with the upgraded Leapmotor OS 4.0 Plus intelligent cockpit system for multi-screen collaborative operation.
The design below the central control panel considers practical needs, featuring a wireless charging panel for mobile phones and two cup holders, balancing everyday convenience.

As seen in the official images, the front seats of the Leapmotor Lafa5 can be fully reclined, connecting with the rear seats. Combined with the large panoramic glass roof, this provides users with a more comfortable resting environment.

The Leapmotor Lafa5 made its global debut in September during the Munich Motor Show and simultaneously began blind booking.
According to the plan, the model will be officially launched in mainland China in the fourth quarter of this year. For performance enthusiasts, Leapmotor has also prepared an Lafa5 Ultra high-performance version, scheduled for delivery in mainland China in the first half of 2026.
