From January to November, Xiaomi Auto delivered a total of 361,625 vehicles, meeting its 350,000-unit annual target ahead of schedule.
According to the latest data released by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), Xiaomi’s new-energy passenger vehicle retail sales reached 46,249 units in November, marking the third consecutive month the brand has surpassed the 40,000-unit threshold.
Compared with 23,156 units in the same period last year, Xiaomi Auto nearly doubled its volume, posting 99.7% year-on-year growth. However, sales dipped 4.94% from October’s 48,654 units.
At the model level, the YU7 remained the core sales driver. The SUV recorded 33,729 units in November retail sales—slightly above October’s 33,662 units—setting a new monthly high, accounting for 73% of Xiaomi’s total sales.

According to data compiled by auto outlet Yiche, from the start of deliveries on July 6 through November, the YU7 accumulated 114,584 units in total deliveries.
The SU7, another major contributor to Xiaomi’s volume, posted 12,520 units in November retail sales. As of the end of November, the sedan’s cumulative sales for the year had reached 247,041 units.
In total, Xiaomi Auto delivered 361,625 vehicles in the first eleven months of the year, achieving its 350,000-unit annual goal ahead of schedule.

Based on Xiaomi’s earlier disclosures, since the first vehicle delivery on April 3, 2024, Xiaomi Auto has delivered more than 500,000 units in less than 20 months—setting a new speed record among global new-energy vehicle makers.
Xiaomi founder Lei Jun recently stated that the company expects its full-year deliveries in 2025 to exceed 400,000 units.
Beyond sales, Xiaomi has begun adjusting its inventory strategy. On December 1, the company announced that its “on-stock purchase” program will soon go live, covering brand-new inventory vehicles, official display units, and nearly new cars.

On the production side, Xiaomi’s Beijing Factory Phase I and Phase II have a combined annual capacity plan of 300,000 units.
A Phase III plant and Phase I of the Wuhan factory are scheduled to begin production next year. As new capacity ramps up, Xiaomi’s supply capability is expected to expand further.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi Auto’s 2026 product roadmap has already surfaced, including the family-flagship YU9 SUV, the high-performance YU7 GT, and the extended-wheelbase luxury sedan SU7 L.
