Great Wall Motor Net Profit Falls 21.71% to RMB 9.91 Billion in 2025

GWM has set a 1.8 million-unit sales target for 2026, up 36% YoY, with NEV penetration exceeding 50%.

Great Wall Motor recently released its 2025 annual performance report.

During the reporting period, the company recorded operating revenue of RMB 222.79 billion, up 10.19% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 9.912 billion, down 21.71% year-on-year; basic earnings per share stood at RMB 1.16.

The company stated that both sales volume and revenue achieved year-on-year growth. However, accelerated investment in direct-to-consumer channel models, along with increased spending on new model launches, technology promotion, and brand building, led to the profit decline.
