- Leapmotor’s National Day surge of 32,546 orders highlights intensified retail promotions and showroom rebound, underscoring a push to sustain recent volume momentum and international expansion ambitions.
- Leapmotor reported Sept deliveries of 105,656 units (up 59% YoY), nine‑month deliveries of ~666,500 units, and needs about 110,000 monthly to hit its 1 million full‑year target.
- Leapmotor targets European sales via Stellantis showrooms with B03 (A05 in China) and D19 debut at Paris, but execution risks include hitting near‑term production pacing, channel integration, and sustaining margins.
Leapmotor Chairman Zhu Jiangming released the company’s National Day holiday order figures on social media on Oct. 8.
From Oct. 1 to 7, Leapmotor locked in a total of 32,546 orders, with new orders reaching 7,691 units on Oct. 7 alone, setting a new record for the brand during the National Day holiday.

The daily peak indicates a notable concentration of order activity on the final day of the holiday, likely reflecting a rebound in showroom traffic during the holiday period and the timing of retail promotions for certain models.
The holiday order performance is consistent with Leapmotor’s broader momentum in recent months.
In September, Leapmotor delivered 105,656 vehicles globally, up 59% year on year and 2.45% month on month.
In July, Leapmotor became the first Chinese new-energy vehicle startup to exceed 100,000 monthly deliveries, with deliveries surpassing that threshold for the first time.
Deliveries remained above 100,000 units in August and September, giving the company three consecutive months at that level in the third quarter.

Looking at the first nine months of the year, Leapmotor delivered approximately 666,500 vehicles.
It still needs to close a gap of about 330,000 units to reach its full-year target of 1 million deliveries, requiring average monthly deliveries of about 110,000 units from October through December.
On the overseas front, Leapmotor exported more than 27,000 vehicles in September, accounting for about 25% of its global sales for the month.
Cumulative exports exceeded 150,000 units from January to September, putting the company ahead of its 2026 overseas export target.
At its interim results briefing in August, Leapmotor CFO Li Tengfei said full-year overseas sales were expected to reach about 200,000 units, while the company is targeting 350,000-400,000 units in 2027.
The acceleration is directly linked to Leapmotor’s distribution partnership with Stellantis.
Leapmotor International had 1,020 sales outlets across Europe as of September, covering 36 countries.
Rather than building its own retail network in Europe, Leapmotor has integrated its models into the showroom networks of Stellantis brands including Peugeot, Citroën and Opel, allowing it to reduce upfront investment through channel sharing.

The 2026 Paris Motor Show, which opens on Oct. 12, will also serve as a key milestone for Leapmotor’s overseas product expansion.
According to Stellantis’ exhibition information, Leapmotor will make its European debut of the compact battery-electric B03, known as the A05 in China, alongside its premium flagship SUV, the D19.
