XPeng has introduced a “Black Warrior” styling package for its P7+ sedan, priced at RMB 10K ($1.49K), with a limited-time offer of RMB 6K ($896). The package is available as an optional upgrade across the entire P7+ lineup.
The package adds exclusive Midnight Black paint, 20-inch six-spoke sport wheels and flame-red brake caliper accents, along with blacked-out logos and lettering. Inside, it features a rock-gray interior and seats with red stitching.

The update focuses on styling, with no changes announced to the motor, battery or driver-assistance hardware.
XPeng has also reiterated the P7+’s key selling points, including an 88% cabin space utilization rate, a combined CLTC range of up to 1,550 km for the range-extender version and up to 725 km for the all-electric model.
The P7+ supports an 800V electrical architecture and 5C fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in 12 minutes. It also features XPeng’s second-generation VLA driver-assistance system, with up to 2,250 TOPS of effective computing power.

The move echoes a similar strategy by ONVO, NIO’s sub-brand.
In September, ONVO introduced a “Star Galaxy Blue” design package for its L80 SUV, priced at RMB 16.8K ($2.51K), with a limited-time price of RMB 10.08K ($1.51K). The package includes exclusive Star Galaxy Blue paint and 21-inch wheels.
For XPeng, styling updates like these can bring a model back into the spotlight and generate fresh consumer interest.
Sales figures suggest the P7+ could use the boost. The sedan sold 2,431 units in August, bringing its January-August total to 25,858 units, down about 53% year over year. Against that backdrop, XPeng is turning to new marketing initiatives to stimulate demand.

Overseas, the P7+ entered Europe this year, with deliveries starting in France, Norway and other markets in June. XPeng is continuing to expand its international reach: the range-extender version entered Egypt last month, advancing the company’s push into Africa.
