XPeng Surpasses 800,000 Deliveries, Nearly 200,000 Units Delivered in H1

In the first half of 2025, XPeng delivered 197,189 vehicles, reaching 52% of its annual delivery target.

On July 11, XPeng officially announced that its cumulative deliveries have surpassed 800,000 units, marking another significant milestone among China’s new energy vehicle startups.

According to public data, XPeng delivered 34,611 vehicles in June, a 224% year-on-year increase, and has maintained monthly deliveries above 30,000 units for eight consecutive months. In Q2 2025, XPeng achieved record quarterly deliveries of 103,181 units. More notably, the company delivered a total of 197,189 vehicles in the first half of the year, achieving the highest completion rate of its annual target among its peers.

Looking at specific models, XPeng launched multiple new products this year, with the MONA M03 and P7+ serving as the key sales drivers. Together, they contributed 136,000 units in H1, accounting for 69% of total sales. The G6 and G9 added another 35,500 units, or 18%.

In July, XPeng officially launched the world’s first AI-powered L3-capable smart vehicle—the XPeng G7. The G7 comes standard with an 800V high-voltage platform, L3-level end-to-end intelligent driving capabilities, and a spacious interior. Within just nine minutes of launch, it secured over 10,000 firm orders, making it a strong contender against the Tesla Model Y.

According to its earlier plan, XPeng’s 2025 annual delivery target is 380,000 units, with 52% already completed in the first half of the year—leading the new energy vehicle (NEV) startup segment. To achieve the full-year goal, the company needs to maintain an average monthly delivery of around 30,500 vehicles in the second half, which appears attainable given its current growth momentum.

Looking ahead, XPeng will fully expand into the extended-range segment in H2, with several new models set to debut. Additionally, the XPeng P7, once the brand’s sales backbone, is scheduled for a major upgrade in Q3 and is expected to launch within the year. With the G7’s release, overseas production ramping up, and a steady stream of new products, XPeng is accelerating toward its milestone of one million cumulative deliveries.
