From January to July 2025, XPeng delivered a total of 233,906 vehicles, achieving 66.8% of its annual target.
On August 1, XPeng Motors announced its delivery figures for July.

Data shows that XPeng delivered 36,717 vehicles in July, representing a 229% year-on-year increase and a 6% month-on-month growth. This not only marks a new all-time high for monthly deliveries but also the ninth consecutive month with over 30,000 units delivered.
From January to July 2025, XPeng has delivered a cumulative total of 233,906 vehicles, up 270% year-on-year. As of July 2025, the company’s total cumulative deliveries have exceeded 800,000 units.
Notably, the delivery volume for the first half of the year alone—197,189 vehicles—has already surpassed the full-year total of 190,068 units in 2024.
XPeng set a target of 350,000 units for 2025. With 66.8% of that already achieved, the company currently leads all new EV startups in terms of completion rate. At this pace, the annual goal appears well within reach.

In terms of individual model performance, the XPeng MONA M03 delivered over 15,000 units this month. Since its launch, the MONA series has consistently delivered over 10,000 units for 11 consecutive months, serving as the core volume contributor.
The XPeng P7+ has accumulated over 67,000 deliveries and has been the top-selling midsize-to-large electric sedan in the ¥150,000–¥200,000 ($21,000–$28,000) price range for eight months in a row.
The XPeng X9 delivered 7,451 units in Q2, with a 112% quarter-on-quarter increase and a 41% year-on-year rise.
Regarding new models, the XPeng G7, launched on July 3, received over 10,000 firm orders within just 9 minutes and is currently ramping up deliveries. The all-new XPeng P7 will debut on August 6 and is expected to become the brand’s next sales driver.
