This racing-license program marks a key step in Xiaomi’s broader automotive ecosystem.
On September 4, Xiaomi Auto officially launched recruitment for its national Class-B racing-license training program.
Registration for this racing-license course will open at 10:00 a.m. on September 5. Only 16 seats are available, and they are exclusively reserved for Xiaomi vehicle owners. The price is RMB 12,999 ($1,818), or owners can redeem their eligibility with 129,990 points. Interested participants must sign up via the Xiaomi Auto App.
The three-day training will take place from September 12 to 14 at the Tianjin V1 International Circuit, an FIA-certified Grade-2 racetrack.

According to Xiaomi Auto, the curriculum covers fundamental track-driving techniques and also features a special Xiaomi SU7 track-experience module, allowing participants to explore the car’s performance limits under professional guidance.
In fact, Xiaomi Auto has long been active in track-driving education, having previously hosted multiple “Elite Driving” events.
In December 2024, Xiaomi held a one-day Elite Driving course at the Zhejiang International Circuit, covering track theory, hands-on practice, and drift experience—attracting a large number of driving enthusiasts. In July 2025, the company followed up with an advanced program at the Wuhan International Circuit, offering specialized skills such as S-bends and power slides.
Unlike previous sessions, this new program will issue an officially recognized racing license certified by the Federation of Automobile and Motorcycle Sports of China, truly ushering participants into the realm of professional motorsport. Xiaomi Auto states that it will continue to expand its driver-training ecosystem, providing users with a complete progression path from enthusiast to professional racer.
