As of November 1, 2025, the Firefly had reached cumulative deliveries of 26,242 units.
According to an official NIO report, a large shipment of Firefly EVs recently departed from the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Terminal bound for Europe, marking a significant acceleration in the brand’s global expansion efforts.

On August 14, 2025, the Firefly model officially commenced deliveries in Europe, initially reaching customers in Norway and the Netherlands. Notably, the vehicle achieved its first European delivery less than four months after its Chinese launch on April 19, setting a new record for NIO’s fastest overseas market deployment.

Driven by NIO’s dual-track model of “General Agents + Direct Operations,” the Firefly brand is comprehensively deepening its market penetration across Europe, North America, and Asia. To date, Firefly has sequentially launched deliveries in the Netherlands, Norway, Belgium, and Denmark.

In a notable achievement, at the end of October, Firefly stood out from 27 new models to secure a spot among the seven finalists for “2026 Denmark’s Car of the Year,” emerging as one of the most spotlighted new brands in this year’s selection.

ChinaEVHome has obtained the latest information from NIO’s Global Overseas Communications lead: NIO has officially launched market activities in Austria. AutoWallis, together with NIO’s inaugural local partners Auto-Auer GmbH and Larmpelmaier GmbH, has officially initiated sales of NIO vehicles in the Austrian market. It is reported that sales in the Greek market are scheduled to commence next week.
Official data shows that Firefly achieved sales of 5,912 units in the Chinese market in October, marking the third consecutive month of month-on-month delivery growth. As of November 1, 2025, cumulative deliveries of the new vehicle have reached 26,242 units.
