The MAEXTRO S800 has been on the market for over 100 days, and its non-refundable orders have exceeded 18,000 units.
On November 26, Chinese media reported, MAEXTRO, the ultra-luxury automotive brand jointly created by Huawei and JAC, plans to launch SUV and MPV models in 2026. Each model will be available in both standard-wheelbase and long-wheelbase versions. In addition, the MAEXTRO S800 will also introduce a haute couture edition.
This means that, including the existing MAEXTRO S800, the MAEXTRO brand is expected to launch six models next year.

Among them, the standard-wheelbase MAEXTRO MPV will focus on the home-use market, while the long-wheelbase version will target the flagship commercial segment. According to initial plans by Huawei and JAC, the market prices of these two MPV versions will be significantly higher than those of existing representative models in the home-use and commercial MPV markets.
As for the MAEXTRO SUV, the initial plan is to target the high-end market, though its positioning will be lower than that of the MAEXTRO S800. Following the tradition of the luxury car market, the long-wheelbase SUV will primarily serve to build the brand image, while the short-wheelbase version will focus on driving sales volume.

Furthermore, to support the development and delivery of new MAEXTRO vehicles, JAC Motors has integrated the development and marketing of heavy-duty trucks into its light-duty truck business. The JAC passenger vehicle brand “YIWEI” has been suspended. Although the passenger vehicle brands SEHOL and Refine are still in production, JAC will almost cease investing resources in these two self-owned passenger vehicle brands going forward.
As of the time of publishing, JAC Motors has not yet responded to the above information.
It is worth noting that at the 2025 Guangzhou Auto Show, which opened last weekend, Richard Yu, Chairman of Huawei’s Consumer BG, revealed that the MAEXTRO S800 has received over 18,000 non-refundable orders within more than 100 days since its launch.
Looking solely at the sales figures for October this year, the MAEXTRO S800 achieved monthly sales of 1,970 units. This far exceeded the combined sales of the second-place Yangwang U7 and the third-place NIO ET9, ranking first in the million-yuan luxury sedan segment.

Richard Yu also announced that the first flagship MPV of the HIMA, the 9-series model, will debut next year. Subsequently, the LUXEED brand reposted related information about this MPV, sparking speculation that it belongs to the LUXEED brand.
Reports suggest that the pricing of the first HIMA MPV may not be low. Whether it will lead to competition between the LUXEED MPV and the MAEXTRO MPV will be something we continue to monitor.
