The Maextro V680 starts at RMB 648K ($96.0K), positioning as a large luxury MPV. The Maextro V800 starts at RMB 766K ($113.5K), with the top version priced at RMB 1.016M ($150.6K).

The Maextro V800 measures 5,495 mm in length, 2,006 mm in width, 1,850 mm in height, with a 3,430 mm wheelbase. It is among the largest new energy MPVs currently available in China.

The Maextro V680 serves as a shorter-wheelbase version of the V800. It measures 5,320 mm in length with a 3,290 mm wheelbase, while maintaining the same width and height.

Both models feature a 1.5T range-extender powertrain, paired with dual electric motors delivering maximum outputs of 160 kW at the front and 230 kW at the rear. They also come with a 65 kWh 6C battery pack.

The Maextro V680 delivers a CLTC pure-electric range of 340 km and a combined CLTC range of 1,208 km. The Maextro V800 also offers 340 km of CLTC electric range, with combined ranges of 1,300 km and 1,335 km depending on configuration.

An 800 V high-voltage platform, active suspension, steer-by-wire technology, and Huawei’s intelligent driving system are among the key features separating the two models from traditional luxury MPVs.

In the RMB 600K+ ($88.9K+) MPV segment, rear-seat experience remains the core battleground.

The Maextro V800 adopts a three-row spacious layout, offering 902 mm, 1,138 mm, and 900 mm of legroom across the first, second, and third rows. The cabin is designed to support seven passengers with seven pieces of luggage.

The seats feature a 20-layer composite structure, 20 massage points, constant-temperature heating, and multiple high-precision sensors. The system can adjust settings based on occupants’ height and weight, creating a personalized seating experience.

For rear entertainment, the V800 comes with a 41.6-inch projection display, while the V680 features a 21.4-inch rear entertainment screen. Both models offer rear armrest displays, 50 W wireless charging, and 100 W power outlets.

The two MPVs also feature electric privacy curtains and rear windshield sunshades. The V800 adds a center island design to separate front and rear areas, providing hidden storage space and a private beverage bar.

These features show Maextro is not simply replicating traditional luxury MPV formulas. The brand is seeking differentiation through intelligent cabin technology and personalized experiences.

China’s large MPV market remains concentrated among a small number of models. In June 2026, eight large MPVs reported sales data in China. Leading models included Voyah Dreamer with 6,926 units, Luxeed V9 with 3,818 units, and Zeekr 009 with 2,843 units.

Other models recorded sales below 1,000 units, including Galaxy V900 at 434 units, Li MEGA at 326 units, Vito at 310 units, Mercedes-Benz V-Class at 250 units, and Volvo EM90 at 24 units.

The premium MPV market in China is increasingly showing a clear concentration toward leading players. Voyah Dreamer has gained market share through a lower price position and new energy advantage. Luxeed V9 is expanding quickly with Huawei’s smart technology ecosystem. Zeekr 009 maintains stable sales through its pure-electric MPV positioning.

Meanwhile, the RMB 600K+ ($88.9K+) luxury MPV market has long been dominated by traditional models such as Toyota Alphard and Lexus LM, supported by strong brand recognition and business-oriented demand.

However, as the new energy era reshapes the definition of luxury, high-end buyers are placing more emphasis on intelligent cabins, advanced driver assistance systems, and technology features.

The Maextro S800 has already shown that Chinese brands can enter the million-yuan luxury market. The next challenge for the V680 and V800 is to prove Maextro’s product strength and market acceptance in the premium MPV segment.
