On Aug. 10, Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle officially rolled out its 600,000th vehicle, a European-spec Farizon SuperVAN H (Xinghan H).

With the milestone, Farizon became the world’s first new energy commercial vehicle brand to achieve cumulative production of 600,000 units.

The achievement comes as the new energy commercial vehicle market has entered a period of rapid growth.

Unlike the passenger vehicle sector, which remains focused on price competition, commercial vehicles are seeing faster electrification adoption due to clearer operating scenarios and greater sensitivity to energy costs.

Data shows that China’s commercial vehicle market recorded cumulative sales of approximately 1.54 million units from January to June 2026, up 2% year on year, representing one of the stronger first-half performances in the past five years.

Within the sector, new energy commercial vehicles have grown at a significantly faster pace. Monthly sales reached 120,000 units in June, up 63% year on year.

In the first half of 2026, compulsory traffic insurance registrations for new energy commercial vehicles totaled 520,000 units, up 45% year on year.

This lifts NEV penetration to 33.6%, an increase of 10 percentage points from the previous year.

Amid this market expansion, Farizon has maintained strong growth momentum. The company sold 18,486 new energy commercial vehicles in July.

From January to July, Farizon’s cumulative sales reached 107,589 units, up 37.8% year on year, maintaining its position as the world’s top-selling new energy commercial vehicle brand.

Beyond China, overseas markets have become a key growth driver for Farizon in recent years. Overseas shipments of Farizon new energy commercial vehicles increased 13.2% year on year in July.

In the first half of 2026, Farizon ranked first in export volumes across 28 countries and regions, including the United Kingdom, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

In individual markets, Farizon’s new energy products ranked first in Australia’s pure electric van segment in H1, securing a 25% share of the pure electric medium- and large-size van market.

In Brazil, the company achieved a leading position in the pure electric light commercial vehicle segment with a retail market share of 28% for H1.

In Hong Kong, Farizon’s van products captured a 27% market share for June, ranking first across the entire van category.

Farizon is expanding its global new energy commercial vehicle business through overseas sales channels and local operational partnerships.

The newly launched European-spec SuperVAN H is expected to serve as an important product for its further international expansion.

At the same time, Farizon is advancing autonomous driving applications in commercial scenarios.

In June, Geely Farizon partnered with Caocao Mobility to develop large-scale operations based on Robovan autonomous delivery vehicles.

According to the plan, the two companies aim to deploy a cumulative 100,000 Farizon Robovan Shentong T6 autonomous logistics vehicles in domestic and overseas markets by 2030, targeting applications such as logistics delivery.

Farizon’s development is also closely linked to Geely Group’s broader integration strategy in recent years.

Through the “One Geely” and passenger-commercial vehicle collaboration framework, the company has previously set a target of reaching annual sales of 1 million units by 2030.
