NIO’s Personnel Adjustment: Xia Qinghua Appointed as Shanghai Regional GM, Exits ONVO User Operations Role

NIO has announced its second personnel appointment update this month.

Xia Qinghua, Former Vice President of ONVO

The official announcement states that, due to business development needs, the following appointments have been made:

1. Shen Hong, former Head of User Relations (UR), will leave the company due to personal reasons. The company expresses gratitude for his hard work and contributions and wishes him all the best.

2. Sun Ming has been appointed as the new Head of User Relations (UR), reporting to Senior Vice President Wei Jian. Sun Ming will no longer serve as General Manager of NIO Shanghai Regional Company.

3. Xia Qinghua has been appointed as General Manager of NIO Shanghai Regional Company, reporting to Company President Qin Lihong. Xia Qinghua will no longer serve as Head of User Operations and Services for ONVO.

These appointments are effective immediately.
