Tonight, the Deepal S09 was officially launched and deliveries began. Five models are available, priced from 239,900 to 309,900 yuan.
Positioned as a mid-to-large size extended-range electric SUV, it measures 5,205mm in length, 1,996mm in width, 1,800mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,105mm, competing with the Li Auto L9 and AITO M9.

The Deepal S09 offers four exterior colors: Grey, Black, Silver, and Blue, and three interior colors: turquoise Beige, dawn Orange, and shale Grey.
Inside, it features dual 15.6-inch front screens, a 43-inch AR-HUD head-up display, and the HarmonySpace 5 Harmony OS cockpit, creating scenarios like a private cinema and a family karaoke room.

Using a 2+2+2 six-seat layout, the second row has two independent zero-gravity seats with features like lumbar support and massage. There’s also a 21.4-inch rear entertainment screen, electrically adjustable from 0° to 75°.

For power, it uses the Deepal Super Range 2.0 system, a 1.5T extended-range engine with dual-motor all-wheel drive, delivering 362kW and a 0-100km/h time of 5.9 seconds. It has a CLTC pure-electric range of 210km and a total range of 1,066km. Besides the all-wheel-drive version, there’s a more affordable rear-wheel-drive single-motor version with a 231kW rear motor.

In assisted driving, it’s equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 3.3, featuring a roof-mounted lidar, 11 cameras, 3 mm-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. By the second half of 2025, it will be among the first to upgrade to HUAWEI ADS 4.
At the launch event, Deepal unveiled its “Intelligent Leadership 2030” global strategy, aiming to sell 2 million vehicles annually by 2030, with 35% from overseas and 30 new models launched.
