On May 22, Geely Galaxy’s all-new six – seat SUV, the Galaxy M9, made its global debut in Milan. The vehicle is based on the GEA Evo native architecture, equipped with the Leishen EM super – hybrid system and the Qianli Haohan driving assist system, and is expected to be officially launched this year.

The Galaxy M9 inherits design elements from the Galaxy Starshuttle Concept, featuring a closed-off grille with integrated active cooling vents. Its signature triple-element lighting clusters seamlessly connect to a full-width LED daytime running light strip, visually widening the front fascia. The roof houses a comprehensive sensor suite including a lidar module, complemented by panoramic cameras and millimeter-wave radars – It provides a comprehensive and fully – equipped hardware foundation for intelligent driving – assist systems.
Inside the cabin, the Geely Galaxy M9 features a dual – screen design combined with HUD, a design similar to the Lynk & Co 900. The car – machine is equipped with an end – to – end AI voice large model and a fluid memory AI large model.

As a family – oriented SUV, the space and comfort of the Galaxy M9 are one of its highlights. The cabin has a longitudinal length of 3.7 meters, a height of 1.3 meters, and a usable space rate of 88.3%, with a 2 + 2 + 2 seat layout. This layout not only ensures the spaciousness of the cabin but also meets the needs of family travel. The rear floor is flat, with a 180 – millimeter – wide middle aisle, facilitating passengers’ entry and exit to the third row; the third – row seats can be electrically adjusted to 150 degrees, and there is a large rear window.
In terms of intelligent driving, the new vehicle is equipped with the Qianli Haohan H5 Smart Driving System, which supports map – free NOA, intelligent parking, AEB 130 km/h high – speed braking, G – AES general obstacle avoidance, continuous emergency steering avoidance and other functions.

In terms of power, the new vehicle is equipped with the new generation of Leishen EM super – hybrid system, with an 11 – in – 1 intelligent electric drive and a plug – in hybrid dedicated engine. The comprehensive range is over 1500 km, the acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h is 4.5 seconds, and the fuel consumption per 100 kilometers under electric – depletion mode is 4.8L.
As a strategic work of Geely Galaxy brand after entering the million – sales stage, the launch of Galaxy M9 is not only an extension of the product matrix, but also an active offensive of brand – upward movement.
