Following the “fixed-price preferential policy” launched by the Ocean Net, BYD Auto’s official website has introduced a “618 shopping festival subsidy of 10 billion yuan” for car purchases. This policy covers intelligent driving versions of various models under its Dynasty series, such as Qin, Han, Tang, Song, and Yuan. The time-limited subsidy starts at 63,800 yuan, with the highest discount reaching 40,000 yuan.
The specific prices are as follows:
- Qin PLUS DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 63,800 yuan
- Qin L DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 79,800 yuan
- Song Pro DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 89,800 yuan
- Song L DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 109,800 yuan
- Yuan UP Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 84,800 yuan
- Yuan PLUS Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 103,800 yuan
- Han DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 143,800 yuan
- Han EV Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 154,800 yuan
- Tang DM – i Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 154,800 yuan
- Xia: Starting at 217,800 yuan
- Qin PLUS EV Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 93,800 yuan
- Song L EV Intelligent Driving Edition: Starting at 164,800 yuan
This campaign can accelerate market penetration through price advantages and highlights BYD’s core strengths in technological vertical integration, intelligent driving popularization, and ecological layout.

The key models of BYD’s subsidy this time are equipped with the advanced DiPilot 100 intelligent driving system (God’s Eye-C), which comes with 27 standard features (such as highway navigation and all-scene parking) and the DiLink 100 smart cockpit. Compared to similar-level fuel-powered cars, the technological configuration is quite competitive.
For instance, the Qin PLUS DM-i Intelligent Driving Edition offers L2+-level intelligent driving capabilities at a price of 63,800 yuan. This breakthrough is attributed to BYD’s vertical integration capability. By developing its own Blade battery, the fifth-generation DM hybrid technology, and large-scale production, BYD has reduced the cost of intelligent driving hardware by over 30%, achieving “technological popularization”.
BYD’s official statement says that its sales target for 2025 is 5.5 million vehicles. From January to April, it has already sold 1.358 million vehicles, completing 24.6% of the annual target.
