Leapmotor Wins “Best New Brand” in Germany’s 2025 Dealer Satisfaction Report

As of June 2025, Leapmotor has secured the largest distribution network among Chinese EV startups, with over 1,500 sales and service outlets worldwide. Its overseas presence now spans more than 30 international markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.

Recently, Leapmotor was named the “Best New Brand” in the 2025 Germany Dealer Satisfaction Report, organized by the Institute for Automotive Industry (Insitut für Automobilwirtschaft – IfA). The brand ranked first across several dimensions, including brand image and product strength.

The IfA MarkenMonitor is a major annual survey in the German dealership sector, evaluating criteria such as product quality, after-sales service, and technical support. It is considered a key indicator of a car brand’s market performance in Germany.

According to the latest evaluation, Leapmotor achieved top scores across core categories. Its product competitiveness and localized service system have received wide recognition from German consumers during its overseas expansion.

Leapmotor was named the “Best New Brand” issued by IfA.

Since entering the German market, Leapmotor has accelerated the rollout of its dealer network and product offerings. Currently, three models—T03, C10, and B10—are available in the local market. The company has established over 100 sales and service locations across Germany and aims to achieve a “25-minute service accessibility” standard within the year.

Data shows that by June 2025, Leapmotor had established over 1,500 sales and service points globally. Its overseas business covers more than 30 markets across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. In the first half of 2025, the company’s global sales exceeded 220,000 units, with more than 20,000 units exported—maintaining its position as the top Chinese NEV startup in terms of overseas exports.

According to its development plan, Leapmotor aims to increase its market share in Southeast Asia through localized production and expand its European network to over 550 outlets in 2025.
