With the year end approaching, carmakers are gearing up for a collective year-end push.
November 11th, China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) officially released the “Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products (Batch 401)”.
ChinaEVHome has compiled the detailed parameters of the all-new/facelifted models making their debut in this batch. Let’s take a look below.
Xpeng MONA M03 Facelift
The Xpeng MONA M03 facelift has appeared in the MIIT directory, with three variants declared in this batch.
The new car has a length/width/height of 4785/1896/1445mm and a wheelbase of 2815mm. The length has increased by 5mm compared to the current model.
The most significant exterior change is the addition of air vents on the rear, making the lines more angular and powerful. It also adds several new stylish alloy wheel options.
In terms of powertrain, a battery version from EVE has been added. The motor parameters remain consistent with the current 600 Max version, with a rated power of 60kW and a peak power of 160kW.
It is reported that the MONA M03 facelift’s interior will also undergo some minor adjustments, and it’s expected that some designs will carry over from the P7+.

Xpeng X9 Ultra Pure Electric Version
The Xpeng X9 Ultra pure electric version has officially debuted in the MIIT filings. Front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive variants were declared this time.
The new car has a length/width/height of 5316/1988/1785mm and a wheelbase of 3160mm. The length has increased by 23mm, with curb weights of 2740kg and 2685kg respectively. Exterior details have also been adjusted, distinguished by an “Ultra” badge on the rear. The overall dimensions and exterior design remain consistent with the extended-range version.
In terms of powertrain, both versions are equipped with CALB’s NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) lithium-ion battery. The single motor version uses a 235kW motor, while the all-wheel-drive version features front/rear motors with maximum power outputs of 235kW and 135kW respectively.
The most significant upgrade is in intelligence. The Xpeng X9 Ultra will be equipped with three Turing AI chips, delivering an effective computing power of 2250 TOPS. Two of these chips will power the VLA large model for ADAS, while the other will power the VLM large model for the smart cockpit.

Volkswagen UNYX 08
Anhui Volkswagen’s third model, the “UNYX 08”, has officially debuted in the MIIT filings, with three variants declared this time.
The UNYX 08 is positioned as a mid-to-large-size pure electric SUV, with a length/width/height of 5000/1954/1672,1688mm, a wheelbase of 3030mm, and curb weights of 2257kg/2191kg/2360kg.
The exterior of the new car largely resembles the concept vehicle. The front features a pair of upward-slanting, slim headlights combined with the central logo, giving it a distinctive look. From the side, the vehicle uses multi-spoke wheel design and flush door handles. The rear maintains consistency with straight, slim light clusters.
Powertrain-wise, the new car will be equipped with a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack supplied by CATL. The single motor version uses a 230kW motor, while the dual-motor version features front/rear motors with maximum power outputs of 140kW and 230kW respectively.
It is worth mentioning that as a core product under the Gold Badge Volkswagen’s “In China, For China” strategy, this new model demonstrates commitment on a technical level. For instance, it debuts an 800V ultra-fast charging platform, offers a CLTC range exceeding 700km, and its ADAS system supports L2++ advanced driver assistance, among other features.
The new car is scheduled for an official market launch in 2026, with an expected price point around the 300,000 RMB level.
