XPeng will penetrate into lower-tier cities this year while expanding its regional presence, with a focus on the northern market.
Today, XPeng Motors released a set of data, sharing its achievements in channel and energy replenishment network construction for the full year of 2025.
The data shows that as of December 31, 2025, XPeng Motors has cumulatively established over 1,000 sales outlets globally.
Breaking it down by region, in the domestic market, XPeng has built 721 sales outlets, along with 327 delivery outlets and 372 service outlets, forming an integrated three-in-one network of sales, delivery, and service.
In terms of city coverage, XPeng expanded into 41 new cities this year, now cumulatively covering 255 cities, achieving a coverage rate of 75%.
XPeng Motors’ CEO, He Xiaopeng, had previously stated that the company would penetrate into lower-tier cities this year while also expanding its regional footprint, with a focus on expanding into northern markets.

In overseas markets, XPeng Motors has expanded into 60 countries and regions, simultaneously establishing 380 overseas stores, representing an increase of over 150%, covering five core global regions. Furthermore, XPeng entered nearly 30 new markets globally in 2025, including the United Kingdom, Italy, Morocco, and Poland.
In the European market, it has currently expanded into 28 countries, with a total of 290 stores built, achieving 100% coverage in the Nordic region. Specifically, the number of stores in France has exceeded 70, covering nearly 70% of the country’s pure electric vehicle sales areas, while the number of stores in Germany has also surpassed 50.
To comprehensively enhance the experience for overseas users, XPeng Motors also established the largest dedicated service center in the Middle East and Africa region in Egypt last year.

While rapidly expanding its sales network, XPeng’s charging and energy replenishment network layout is also accelerating.
As of December 31, 2025, XPeng Motors has cumulatively built over 3,150 self-operated charging stations, covering more than 430 cities. It has cumulatively built over 2,650 self-operated supercharging/ultra-fast charging stations, including over 2,100 ultra-fast charging stations, and over 3,940 stations offering free charging benefits to owners.
Regarding its global energy replenishment network, XPeng has gained access in 31 countries and regions, with cumulative global access to over 2.66 million charging piles.

Looking ahead to 2026, XPeng Motors plans to establish independently operating overseas localized supply chain teams in the European and ASEAN markets in 2026. This aims to support and deepen the layout and operation of overseas supply resources and improve supply chain response speed.
