Leapmotor delivered 48,006 units across all models in June, a year-on-year increase of over 138%. The total deliveries for the first half of 2025 exceeded 220,000 units.
Leapmotor’s D series models will debut by the end of the year, covering full-size SUVs and MPVs, with prices ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 RMB.
On July 1st, Leapmotor released its June 2025 sales report.
The data shows that Leapmotor delivered 48,006 units across all models in June, a year-on-year growth of over 138%, with a month-on-month increase of 6.52%. Since April, Leapmotor has consistently delivered over 40,000 units for three consecutive months—41,039 units in April and 45,067 units in May—maintaining a steady growth pattern. As of the end of June, Leapmotor’s total deliveries for the first half of 2025 have surpassed 220,000 units, making it one of the most surprising players in the industry.

Specifically, the main model series, the C series, contributed to 70% of the total sales, with the Leapmotor C10 accounting for 35% of the overall sales in June. Notably, the 2026 model of the C10 was officially launched in June, with significant improvements in intelligence, driving control, and comfort features, further enhancing its competitiveness. Official data shows that the C10’s preorders in June surpassed 15,000 units, and the right-hand drive version for Hong Kong also began pre-sale in June.
Meanwhile, the compact SUV B10, launched in April, has met the market expectations of being an instant hit. It surpassed 10,000 deliveries in just 16 days, with mid-to-high-end variants accounting for 95% of the sales. In June, the B10 delivered as many as 14,316 units.

The core secret behind Leapmotor’s surge in sales lies in its all-encompassing in-house developed technology system, which has driven a cost revolution. By developing its own electric drive, intelligent driving, and cockpit systems (with 65% of the technology developed in-house), Leapmotor has successfully integrated advanced features like lidar and end-to-end intelligent driving into mainstream price segments.
For instance, the B10, priced around 120,000 RMB, comes standard with lidar, achieving precise obstacle recognition up to 200 meters, yet its hardware cost is 15% lower than competing products. Similarly, the 2026 model of the C10, starting at 122,800 RMB, offers an 800V platform, 605 km of range, and Qualcomm 8295 chips, making high-end features more accessible to consumers.
This technological strategy has directly translated into market advantages. Official data shows that 70% of B10 buyers opted for the lidar version, highlighting consumer approval of this product strategy.
In terms of distribution, Leapmotor has also adopted a differentiated strategy. 70% of its stores are located in third- and fourth-tier cities, with 928 sales and service outlets established across 279 cities nationwide, enabling the company to more effectively reach family-oriented users and those with an economically driven preference.

According to Leapmotor’s product plan, the company will continue to expand its product lineup in the second half of 2025. In July, the B01 compact sedan will be launched, targeting the 150,000 RMB market, with a focus on superior space and lidar configuration. During the Guangzhou Auto Show in November, the B05 hatchback will begin pre-sales, further enriching the company’s youthful product matrix.
Of greater strategic significance is the upcoming D series models, set to debut by the end of the year. As Leapmotor’s first foray into the high-end market, the D series will include full-size SUVs and MPVs, with prices ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 RMB. This move represents a crucial brand elevation attempt for Leapmotor, which has long focused on the market below 200,000 RMB.
