Wuling Binguo S Notches 24,000 Sales in Debut Month

In the A0-class segment, the Wuling Binguo family secured the top spot in the A0-class commuter vehicle ranking with 95,209 units sold in the first half of the year.

On October 28, SAIC-GM-Wuling announced that the Binguo S model achieved sales of 24,000 units in its first month on the market, becoming another sales pillar in the Wuling product matrix.

The Binguo S model was officially launched on September 27, with a starting price of ¥63,800. It measures 4265×1785×1600 mm in size, with a wheelbase of 2610 mm. Targeting the A0-class pure electric segment, its main competitors include popular models such as the BYD Dolphin and the Geely Xingyuan.

Based on its initial sales performance, the Binguo S has demonstrated strong competitiveness in this highly competitive segment.

In terms of hardware configuration, the Binguo S is equipped with a drive motor with a maximum power of 75 kW, offering two versions with CLTC range ratings of 325 km and 430 km. It supports 30-minute fast charging (30% to 80%). Regarding interior space, the Binguo S achieves a space utilization rate of 84%, with a Sunk-in trunk volume of 1450L.

For technological features, the vehicle’s infotainment system integrates the new-generation Lingyu AI hub, deeply incorporating the DeepSeek large model. It supports multi-dialect recognition and intelligent applications. Additionally, features such as four airbags and 50W cooled wireless charging are standard across all variants.

It is also worth mentioning that the Binguo S was awarded the “2025 China Top Ten Bodywork” accolade in September, making it the only A0-class model to receive this honor.

Since the beginning of 2025, SAIC-GM-Wuling has demonstrated outstanding overall sales performance. In the first half of the year, the company sold 764,500 vehicles globally, of which 413,300 were new energy vehicles, representing a year-on-year increase of 73.8%. In the A0-class segment, the Wuling Binguo family secured the top spot in the A0-class commuter vehicle ranking with 95,209 units sold in the first half of the year.
