The L90 Black Knight Edition includes standard second-row zero-gravity seats, electric deployable running boards, an exclusive Black Knight styling kit and 21-inch multi-spoke black alloy wheels.
ONVO confirmed on November 20 that the L90 Black Knight Edition will make its public debut at the 23rd Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition (Auto Guangzhou 2025), running from November 21 to 30.
The model will be presented with the participation of the brand ambassador—well-known Hong Kong actor Louis Koo.

ONVO has appointed five celebrity ambassadors so far, with fan demographics concentrated primarily in the 30–50 age group, a core segment for three-row SUVs and one with strong purchasing power.
ChinaEV Home was invited for an early preview and obtained the first look at the Black Knight Edition. The main differences from the standard model are focused on exterior styling.
The upgrade centers on a darker and more performance-leaning appearance: 21-inch gloss-black multi-spoke wheels, blacked-out badges and lettering, black window trims, and a full dark-themed styling package. These changes give the L90 a more solid, rugged stance with a sportier tone.

Several large SUVs have launched similar “Black Warrior” editions this year, including Zeekr 9X and Chery Fulwin T11.

Blacked-out styling helps strengthen visual presence and appeals to buyers who prefer bold, oversized designs, even as most three-row SUVs are positioned as primary family vehicles.
The dark finish also visually softens the L90’s 240-liter front trunk, which features a T-shaped opening. The full-black treatment makes the area appear more integrated and visually cohesive.
The Black Knight Edition retains the same configuration as the standard version, including second-row zero-gravity seats as standard.

Electrically deployed running boards are now also standard and are expected to be reflected in the pricing.
The ONVO L90 was officially launched on July 31. Vehicle purchase pricing ranges from RMB 265,800 ($37,210) to RMB 299,800 ($41,970), while the BaaS option is priced at RMB 179,800 ($25,170) to RMB 213,800 ($29,930).

The aggressive price structure brought the full-size three-row electric SUV segment below RMB 200,000 ($28,130) for the first time, helping drive the model to become one of the strongest performers under NIO Group this year.
In October, ONVO delivered 11,722 units of the L90, bringing three-month cumulative deliveries to 33,348 units and ranking first in monthly sales among full-size electric SUVs for three consecutive months.
