- Momenta and DPCA Tech agreed to jointly develop ADAS for four new-energy Peugeot and Jeep models, targeting mass production and global sales through Stellantis’ network starting in 2027.
- Momenta’s R7-based driver-assistance solutions will be calibrated across chassis, steering, braking and powertrain for BEV and PHEV variants, with deployment in models like the Jeep Avenger EV and Peugeot lineup.

Momenta announced on Sept. 28 that it had signed a global strategic cooperation agreement with DPCA Technology in Shanghai.
The two companies will jointly develop advanced driver-assistance systems for new mass-production Peugeot and Jeep® models, with products planned for China, Europe and other overseas markets.
Under the plan, Peugeot and Jeep® will participate in product definition and joint development with Momenta, while DPCA Technology will integrate vehicle development, chassis tuning and the driver-assistance system.
DPCA Technology was jointly established by Dongfeng Motor and Stellantis, among others. Its initial product plan covers four new-energy models, including two Peugeot and two Jeep vehicles.
The company plans to begin production at Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile’s Wuhan plant from 2027, with the lineup spanning BEVs and PHEVs.
The models will also enter overseas markets through Stellantis’ global sales network.
Based on the scope of the partnership and DPCA Tech’s product roadmap, Momenta’s driver-assistance solutions are expected to cover all four NEVs in the company’s initial lineup.
For product development, Momenta will participate in vehicle definition and joint R&D.
The two sides will jointly calibrate the driver-assistance system with the vehicle’s electrical and electronic architecture, chassis and powertrain.
Peugeot models will focus on handling characteristics, while Jeep® models will retain their off-road and all-terrain driving orientation.
The related calibration will extend to execution-level functions including steering, braking and power delivery.
Momenta’s R7 world model made its mass-production debut in April 2026 and has since entered models including the Dongfeng Nissan N7, Roewe iMAX8 07 and MG 07.
For Momenta, Stellantis’ global sales network provides a route for its driver-assistance solutions to reach Europe and other overseas markets.
Momenta has established partnerships with 26 automakers globally, with mass-production solutions deployed in more than 10 countries and regions across Asia, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and North Africa.
As the jointly developed models enter overseas markets, road data generated in Europe and other regions will also feed into the continued iteration of Momenta’s world model.
The two companies also plan to extend their cooperation to the development and deployment of Level 3 automated-driving technology.
The first models are expected to enter the market progressively from 2027, covering scenarios including urban commuting, family travel and off-road driving.
