Spy photos reveal the 2026 Voyah Dreamer features an 800V system, 5 C ultra-fast charging, and improved range, positioning it as a competitive luxury MPV in the market.
Today, a set of spy photos purportedly showing the 2026 Voyah Dreamer have surfaced.
As with Voyah’s previous new models, the camouflage on the 2026 Dreamer is covered with keywords highlighting the vehicle’s capabilities.
Among these, three details stand out: true 800V system, true 5C ultra-fast charging, and a 62.5 kWh large battery—this last detail not displayed on the camouflage but already disclosed through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
If the 2025 Dreamer’s key upgrades focused on the HarmonyOS cabin and intelligent driving, the 2026 model emphasizes platform and battery improvements.
Based on available information, the 2026 Voyah Dreamer is expected to deliver improvements in several areas:
- With the 800V + 5C battery, peak charging power reaches 315 kW.
- The 43.2 kWh battery offers two WLTC-range options: 185 km and 213 km.
- The 62.5 kWh battery delivers 300+ km WLTC range.
- Rear-wheel steering functionality is added.
On the 800V high-voltage platform, the new Dreamer is expected to achieve better performance and energy efficiency.
With the advent of the 2026 Dreamer, the model is set to stand out among its peers in intelligence, charging speed, and pure-electric range.
Its main competitors remain the Denza D9 and XPeng X9.
The Denza D9, also a plug-in hybrid, relies solely on 40 kWh batteries. Starting at RMB 339,800 ($48,300), its CLTC pure-electric range is 190/200 km, offering fewer options.
Meanwhile, the D9’s DC fast-charging power is capped at 80 kW, making it hard to compete with the 2026 Dreamer and XPeng X9 in terms of charging speed.
All three models—within the RMB 330,000–450,000 ($47,000–64,000) luxury MPV segment—offer comprehensive comfort features such as large-screen entertainment and spacious seating.
Higher trims of the XPeng X9 and Dreamer include rear-seat entertainment screens, enhancing the cabin experience.
The 2026 Dreamer matches the XPeng X9 in intelligence, comfort, and rear-wheel steering, while its plug-in hybrid powertrain remains a key advantage.
Expected to surpass 1,500 km total range, the new Dreamer clearly outpaces the X9’s maximum 740 km, catering better to both family and business needs.
XPeng’s capabilities may receive a boost only after the official rollout of its Kunpeng Super Electric System.
The 2026 Voyah Dreamer, shaping up as a fully realized model, is poised to be Voyah’s sales cornerstone. The question remains whether its price will rise to the 450,000–500,000 RMB ($64,000–71,000) range in line with its enhanced capabilities, or remain comparable to the 2025 model.
