VOYAH Launches Intelligent Ultra-Hybrid Technology, Production-Ready Upon Launch

Centered on an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage system,the technology achieves multiple performance breakthroughs through integrated solutions like 5C ultra-fast charging and high-capacity batteries.

The new technology will first be equipped on three flagship models,all set to launch successively within the year.

On August 22, VOYAH officially unveiled its fully in-house developed “VOYAH SMART DRIVE i-Hybrid” technology.

Centered around an 800V silicon carbide high-voltage system, the technology aims to achieve multiple performance breakthroughs through integrated solutions like 5C ultra-fast charging and high-capacity batteries. These include a CLTC pure electric range of 360-410 km, a comprehensive range exceeding 1,400 km, and support for 5C super-fast charging that can replenish battery power from 20% to 80% in as little as 12 minutes.

This series of performance metrics is designed to address users’ core concerns regarding range and energy replenishment.

During the launch event, VOYAH also demonstrated a series of rigorous extreme tests, publicly validating the performance and safety of the new technology.

In live broadcasts, the test vehicles successfully underwent 5C ultra-fast charging tests in extreme environments ranging from super-high temperatures of 52°C to super-low temperatures of -24°C, as well as a combined extreme safety test involving “nail penetration + 5-meter high-altitude drop of the battery pack, verifying its safety and reliability across all scenarios and conditions.

Simultaneously, VOYAH announced that its intelligent ultra-hybrid technology will achieve “mass production upon release” and will first be equipped on three flagship products set to launch successively within the year.

The three models are: the world’s first 800V intelligent ultra-hybrid MPV—the 2026 VOYAH Dreamer, which will open for pre-sale on August 29; the hybrid sedan VOYAH Lanting L (or “Chasing Light L”), offering a pure electric range of 410 km; and an all-new large six-seater flagship SUV from VOYAH.

With this rollout, VOYAH will become the first brand to equip its entire product range with 800V hybrid technology, contributing to the arrival of the 800V hybrid era.
